Years ago (about 40), there used to be a bakery on Damen Ave. in Chicago (Bucktown) that sold a type of super light, crispy cookie/biscuit sprinkled with sugar crystals. Anyone remember and has a recipe for those? Feeling nostalgic and would like to make them.
If they are in the shape of a "butterfly", yeah, I get them all the time at the bakery around the corner!
