Didn't say anything about citizenship status so housing status based on that is totally legal.

My dad and mom went for vacation long one 6 month. They ask me to stay at there place till then. They live in a rent control apartment. I have a freind she recently lost her rented room she can't afford. So she now in the street I salty stay here and find a place for cheaper. Now I found out she here illegal from Mexico and works under the table and that why it's hard for her get other job. I told her she has to go but she said she stay here more then 2 month and I can not get her out that easy... what do I do? What did I get myself into. She has to go before my parents get back..

Call immigration also find out where she works and tell her if she doesn't leave you will report her boss for hiring and illegal and have her fired.

Can she verify that she has been staying there? Get mail there? Pay any bills? If not, just put her things out and lock the door. It will be her word against yours. Tho I really dont think she'll be calling any authorities.
