Had a broken lease in June 2007 due to medical. Know any apartments in Houston that work with broken leases?

Are you saying you moved out early and left on good terms...

or

Are you saying you skipped out and the owner incurred extra expenses?

Most owners/managers check references... the first case would present no problem and second... well, I certain any reference will be less than satisfactory.

Hi. Check the Silverado Apartments at the corner of Dairy Ashford and Briar Forest. There's a shopping strip called Ashianna and at the end of that strip there's a street called Silverado. The apartments are on that street.

How long ago was the broken lease? Have you checked your credit to see how much you owe?

There's also an Ebook I saw online that talks about how to rent an apartment even with a broken lease. (www.simplecreditsecrets.net)
