It should be presented as another theory of our existence. It should be "some believe this, some believe that, none of this can be proven."
There is ZERO evidence for any religious creation belief. There is ZERO evidence for creation by a higher power of any kind.
When it comes to evolution we have mountains of evidence. When it come to to origins of the universe we have scientific theories and musings. We also have many, many unanswered questions. Those questions are what religion grows from like a weed. As time goes by more and more weeds get pulled.
I hate weeds.

Nonsense. Creationism is not a "theory" for one thing. It is one of several mythologies. I'm assuming you would want the Judeo-Christian creation myths taught and not the Hindu, or Greco-Roman or Hopi Indian, right? Why should that be?
Evolution is a theory in the same wy gravity is. Proven, and provable.

Bingo.
The only thing that is proven is micro-evolution, and you are essentially telling children that we all came from primodial soup and there is no real meaning to life. I don't want my kids force taught that life originated from goop.

There are many flaws to evolution so your "mountain" of evidence doesn't amount to much. I can easily claim there is mountains of evidence for a Creator.

You're the only one in this thread that mentioned goop.

There is actual science-verified evidence that is indeed taught as science that included proven aspects of evolution.
There is no such thing that parallels with Creation because it is not a fact-based, verifiable science. It is a religious belief. Being a religious belief, science class is not the proper venue for it.

This canard that you need God to have meaning in life is a fallacious idiocy. Proof, in the real sense, is for math not science - science never proves something true in the final sense, otherwise you stop doing science. The science of evolution is 'provable' in the sense that we have a robust theory as a result of the hypothesis being extremely well supported. And none of the problems or unanswered questions ever lead us to a Sky Judge who imparts meaning to our lives - that's all in your head.
You can teach your kids mythology and lies if you want but don't confuse that as the same thing as evolution.

Where is your proof that my beliefs are nothing more than mythology or lies?
