In Exodus' Chapter 33, Moses asks to see God's glory. It sounds like God wants to, but can't. He tells Moses, "But my face you cannot see, for no man sees me and still lives."
My question is, if God is our creator and ruler, then why was he afraid (for lack of a better word) of Moses seeing him and having to die? It makes it sound like there's another creator ruling God.

That's not what it sounds like to me.
To me it sounds like "You can't see my face. All men who see me end up dying."
It doesn't sound like he is afraid.
It doesn't sound like their is another creator ruling god.

I think he's supposed to be like batman or spiderman - he want's to maintain his secret identity when he strolls about town in day-to-day life. So if you ever discover his secret, he'll have to kill ya.
But if you are willing to take the risk, I have a picture of God's face I can show you....

If god can do anything, he could have shown Moses his face and prevented it from killing him. Oh, whoops...how inconvenient to point out that contradiction. My bad.
There are so many holes and contradictions in the Bible, it's a wonder that it has survived this long.
If you have faith then there are no holes or contradictions.
