It's a matter of self expression. The right tattoo (design) on the right person done by the right artist looks good. The "ugly" women with tattoos would be ugly without tattoos so the tattoo doesn't make them ugly.
I've never found inked skin to be attractive. Give me white unblemished skin every time.
I don't believe in hanging art on the walls either. Plain white walls, thank you.
I never did when I was dating but it wasn't popular back then either, besides the guys that had armed forces tattoos the only ones you saw were Carnies, Bikers or Convicts with tattoos and I hate to admit it but a women with more than one " got it on a dare" tattoo may as well have a tattoo of 5 penis's with a line drawn through it to me. Good thing every guy isn't like me because there seems to be a lot of them out there anymore.
I actually googled her name + droopy dog, and got over 500 hits, so I must be onto something .
Also, for all the arguments made about someone being superficial for "judging" them for their outside and not getting to know what's on the inside - would those with tattoos saying this date a short, fat, bald guy? (I'm thinking like George Costanza in Seinfeld here.) What about them? They may be great people on the inside, but you'll never know, because you may have based everything on the fact that you were repulsed by their "exterior".
Bottom line is - we are attracted to whatever physical attributes we are attracted to. If it doesn't include tattoos, then those with tattoos are just as judgmental to look down on those who are not attracted to them. And vice versa. Fortunately, there are plenty of all kinds to go around, and eventually each lid finds its pot.
I think it was just for the movie role and isn't something she has IRL. However, I could be mistaken.
