Either you are an overly suspicious & sensitive personality (which I kind of suspect), or else you have reason to be suspicious. Without more details, we can't tell. I'm not sure what's going on in the thing about counseling session. Did she not show up for a date you'd agreed to ? Maybe she didn't want to go on a date after a counseling session. Not enough detail for me to tell whether that story doesn't add up or not.
Other than the "stories that don't add up" this sounds like an ideal relationship.
how can you tell if a girl really likes you, really loves you and has feelings for you. i met this girl and we went out 10xs and she tells me this.... also one date she says she likes me and enjoys time and has feeling with me, other time she loves me and another time im ok and bearable. so its like wishy washy answers.
Why would she lie to you about how she feels? The truth is, after 10 dates most of us aren't that sure if it's "love" or something else. Sometimes we're still not sure after years. "Love" is hard to define precisely, especially for the majority of younger people who have never experienced it.

As long as you enjoy her company and she treats you well, just embrace being with her and see where it leads.

In other words, will she still like you if you become a dick. I would hope not. But that won't tell you how she felt about you before you turned into one. Not a good idea at all. If you like her, treat her well, respect her, care for her, make it a treat for her to be with you. If her jokes aren't funny enough to laugh at, maybe you can at least smile at them.
Do NOT ask her if she loves you. Do NOT question it if she says she does.
It's really hard to fall in love with a needy guy. It's the biggest turn off for a girl. I don't blame women for that, it's just how human psychology works. Learn from your mistakes and move on.
