I'm 24, and I'm on OKCupid, which is a dating site. I starting talking to a woman on there who is 40 years old. She has listed she is only looking for guys between the ages of 33-50.
Knowing both our ages, im guessing she isn't looking for a relationship, so is she going to want to hook up?

You're not gonna know if she wants to hook up with you until you're out together. Even if she wants to now, if she sees you and doesn't like you she's not going to do anything with you.
What would make you think anyone here would know if she is going to want to hook up? You are the one who contacted her, you are the one who has talked to her, and SHE is the only one who knows the true answer to your question.
You don't know that she isn't looking for a relationship. She is on a dating site after all, she's not hiring an escort. You, OTOH, have asked here so many times about how to "bang" this girl or that, how to get this or that girl to become a FWB, etc., it's obvious that YOU are just looking for sex, and it's important to let her know that. Don't let her think she's about to go on an actual date. Tell her, so she can back out now if she's not into that.

If she's 40 and she knows that you're just 24, then she's probably looking for just sex.

Depends on how desperate she is for sex. You obviously were crusing for sex since you dont fit the criteria she set. So she knows sex is all you want. You chose to target someone almost twice your age, so she is thinking whats wrong with this guy that he cant get women his own age.
She might be curious or horney enough to hook up.
