Once you marry...the state- future potential lawyers...have authority over you- Who the hell needs to give up their human rights to these people? Love is a private matter- so are kids and so is the relationship with your spouse...I knew a young couple and they wanted to divorce...I said to them- DON'T start giving your hard earned money to strangers...Keep it for yourself and give it too your child...simple advice....I raised four kids who are happy adults...and I never got married...and if I could go back in time...I would never marry.............The state and or the church does not own me...I am a free person...so is my wife and children.
That 80% is a whacked out percentage. I am a women who is "against" marriage...and let me tell you the percentage is like less then 10%, realistically.
The reality is most people will eventually marry, even the most anti marriage. I've seen stats that state something like 90% of people will eventually marry (I think it was something like 94% but can't remember)but when you take out those who are not allowed to marry like priests and nuns the number becomes higher. My point being that people can say they hate marriage and are against it but most will marry.
