And i need to know how can i break em up. any advice? this is killing me - she is so flippin young and has everything, so why this, him? am i being unconventional and not modern? guys please help - i need to know how to bring this to an end.
How old is she? If she's 18+, there's nothing you can do, since she's a legal adult. I'm sorry... It's not something I'd wish for anyone I know, that's for sure.
The fact that he is old enough to be her father. no he is not married, but i aint about to have me over for family brunch no matter how pure his motives are, he is just way to old.
I think I need a S/D... I am so sorry, I am j/k... I am 33.
I know when your family member is so young it may appear that they are just ruining their lives, but maybe it will blow over, but in the end, however, it is her decision, with her age, and the man is not married...
she is 22yrs, and there must be something i can do, anything...
Who your 22 year old cousin dates is not your concern. Perhaps if some form of abuse was involved in the relationship, it might be appropriate to give your opinion.... however, you're upset because he's older? THAT is no one's business but her own.
You seem awfully put out over something that is not truely your business. Perhaps you should spend a little time examining your true motivations. The amount of anger you seem to be displaying might suggest some inappropriate jealousy.....
Age is just a number. My late husband was 26 years older than me. Your cousin is young and in the stages of learning what she wants in a relationship. If she were dating a man her age, chances are, she wouldn't be getting the maturity and experience of an older man. She's learning from him. If it goes further, so be it.
As long as he's not married or abusing her and she's happy, let it be and be happy for her.
