This HAS happened to me. Don't want to know about it. Note occasionally is not so bad, but really more than that I don't want to know. Some things are better left unsaid. If she really must talk about it, thats where her GF's come in.
I don't know, for some reason women have been more open about this. Even ones I'm not interested in. Like nonchalantly tell me about what's going on on the inside.
eww, I'm a woman and the only time I ever had to talk about my period to a guy was when I was having severe cramps on the rare month that it was bad enough. That was in my last relationship. Now I only bring it up to let him know I'm on it and we can't have sex..that's it.
I'm usually an open book but this is too weird of a subject to just candidly talk about so I keep it on the Down low..
Really? That's gross and way too personal to talk about. but maybe that's just me..
I have no idea why a girl would talk to a guy about that especially as a way to get close to him. Would it be cool if a guy said, "wow my n*ts*ck is pretty sweaty right now, it sucks!" to try to get close to a girl? Pretty nasty and strange in my opinion.
Okay, soooo.....WHY would a girl mention her cycles to a guy? Could someone explain this to me?
Because she feels comfortable enough with him to discuss an intimate part of her life. Maybe she also wants to see how he handles it - how mature he is about it.

This is I think what I felt when she brought up the topic. Because she also talked about how it affects her mood, most likely giving me a heads-up.
Many on here actually read my original posting before answering. So I want to extend a thank you to all who did.
