Hello pasta lovers!

I am trying to find a recipe for fresh pasta similar to Barilla PLUS, which is dry pasta made with semolina, spelt, flax and legume flour. I have all the ingredients, but can't seem to find a dough recipe that has the amounts of each. I was hoping someone would have the amounts before I dive into trial and error!

Anyone tried to make this type of pasta fresh before?

Hi, alexei27.
Has anyone responded to your request? I, too, have been looking for a Barilla PLUS identical recipe and have yet to find one. Fingers crossed you were successful and can share it along.
