I agree especially if they haven't scratched it off their list completely.

It doesn't show well empty. Consider dropping the price and staging a few rooms.

I can understand that.

But how does the seller ever get any feedback, then? Am I expecting something that I won't likely get?

Unfortunately, that's not possible. This home is about 2,000 miles away from where I currently live. Unless I'm missing something on how I could accomplish this ...

You'd have to pay for a staging service.

anything is possible. Feedback is that you house is nice enough to be a bridesmaid, you'll need to step up.

Lowering the price or staging are your only options.

A vacant house looks and feels cold. People are not buying a house, they are buying a lifestyle, a community, a home.

Relying on feedback from strangers with unknown motivations is not the best way to get sold and closed.

There are reasons why 5 other homes in your neighborhood sold and your place did not. There is a pattern here. You agent should be able to tell you why these places sold for what they did, when they did and make it relevent to your situation.

It does not sound like she is doing this and for this reason, I too would look to replace her with someone who better understands the local market and is willing to tell you what you need to know and do to get sold.
