House was 11 years old, immaculate, upgraded and move-in condition. IMO many homes are still over priced. The 5% below list would have been eaten up if I held out for LP. In 11 years I more than doubled my investment, so I priced it to sell, without being greedy.

That's what we *thought* we were doing, but now we're thinking reduction. If we can wait for the competition to sell, I'd prefer it so we can set the right price. Prices here are all over the map.

We're probably totally out of our minds, but we're not staying in New England. We're retiring and moving to a southern state we've never even visited, for the lower prices, warmer weather, southern culture, and a late-in-life adventure.
