Most real estate agents offer visitors a property search on their website.
Some searches are very limited in scope, and some are quite elaborate.
Some require visitors to register to view homes or to access data in more detail.
If you were designing the ideal search site for a real estate agent site, as a consumer, what features from the above list would you install?
Select as many as you want.
Zillow shows most of Mike's list.
I have not seen a site that shows HOA fees/dues. Would be very useful.
HOA fees and dues are a common field on MLS and should be readily available to search on any agent IDX site that allows all fields to be displayed in Advanced Search results.
I know you can see them on my current IDX search results display, either Basic search results or Advanced search results without specifying them in search fields, and I wouldn't consider concealing them.
And, focusing on a local level, with rules from only one MLS, I think it should be easy to create a search solution that is in many ways better than Z's.

I want to know how to access the attic. Is the unfinished area (if any) finishable?
We are limited by the information that the listing agent enters.
Some apparently don't know the house they listed has an attic, let alone pull down or permanent stairs......
