Looks very nice. I might try to clean up some of the electrical cords / surface wiring around the built-in desk and maybe get an updated light fixture in the kitchen but all-in-all the whole place looks clean and should be attractive to buyers assuming it is priced competively priced.

Some nitpicks from me.

Bathroom towel, I would hang so it fully covers the towel bar, not folded.

Lighting fixtures, as I mentioned before on your other thread are too 80's for the style of your home. Replace with a look that matches interior better or just get rid of them.

Kitchen counter stools are nice improvement with tan cushions.

Looks like a nice place. Side note: the music is annoying.

The music is annoying on all of these 360° tours and slide shows. The agent uses a cheesy template and just plugs in the video and pictures.

You're fine. Excellent as a matter of fact compared to the overpriced so-called "move-in" ready properties I visited this week.

Good luck!

I turned off the music at 3 seconds. It isn't that hard to find the off button for it.

I'm not sure I ever saw double kitchen islands (or whatever you call them) where you can sit and eat. Very cool idea.

I do not create the 360 tours. I have no control over the music.
