Oh see those open bathrooms are like the plague out here. Trying to sell a home with an open bath like that is sooooo hard. I bring in a contractor to quote framing and installing doors. Makes it easier to sell.

Here it doesn't seem to be an issue. Possibly because the open space homes are very popular here, and the open dressing room appears to fall into that open space concept. Our home is only 12 years old and has that open dressing room concept, which makes our master bedroom appear very large. We like it and wouldn't consider changing it.

...but once that time comes, I would just rather focus on what we want to see,
as opposed to having an agent try to figure out what we might like and take us to those homes instead.
Unless you are just incapable of articulating what your needs and tastes and preferences really are...
and most importantly what your actual purchasing capacity (price/financing) is....
then you are removing the largest part of what the best agents can do for a buyer.

Pick an agent who KNOWS the 2 or 3 neighborhoods that you'll have narrowed your search to...
and let them find the deals available there.

If you have other viable location options... then find an agent who works THOSE neighborhoods...
and let that agent find the deals available there.
