I'm not a realtor, but I have not been able to access realtor.com since Friday. Is it just me, or is the site down?

I just don't get it. I had my password saved and it tells me theres a glitch. I can do a property search (without signing in) and the list of homes comes up, but when I go to click on one, again I get the glitch message.

AAAAARRRRGGGGHHH!

Rapunzll - I've always just searched Realtor.com and have never set up a user name/password. What you're describing, though, sounds like it might have something to do with the Internet Explorer 7 update. Sometimes the JAVA settings get messed up. I'm no computer tech, but sometimes the problem happens when a website upgrades so that it works better with IE 7 and you haven't upgraded, or vise versa. I really think it's something geeky like that. We need a computer wiz to help us out here.

Thanks Gretchen! I use Firefox, but that might still have something to do with it. I didn't think of that angle. Thanks!

Even if I search without a password, it brings up the list w/photos, but won't take me to the detailed description. :-(

Rapunzll - I run Firefox sometimes, too. I'll give it a try here in a little bit and see if I have any problems. You might check your Internet security settings. I know I changed mine a while back (to make it more secure) and ended up having to go back to the default settings because certain websites wouldn't run properly.

Realtor.com changed its look. I was on it last week and it looked like it always did. Yesterday and today, it looked different.

ditto Roma...they just updated their website, changed the look and some other things...they are probably still working out the glitches.

Yep, I see Realtor.com has changed their website. I just viewed it on Firefox and didn't have any trouble. I clicked "View on a List", not "View on a Map", and then the pix & details came up just like before. I was able to click on "view details" and got the detail page with extra photos.

I'm still thinking there must be some setting in your Internet options that might be the problem, but I'm not techie enough to be able to be of much help. Sorry.
