Our friend is purchasing our home, we didn't use any professionals for the deal but now closing is set for April 25th what do I take to closing as the seller?

Seems this is going way too smooth and it's a bit scary for me, possibly I'm making it more stressful than it should be, but I sure could use your assistance or advise. And will appreciate it very much

Not sure where you're closing, since you said you didn't use any professionals in the deal. If you're closing with a Title Company or an Attorney, call them to verify what you need to bring with you to closing. As a rule, take copies of all relevant paperwork for your contract, so you have it on hand, and make sure you bring picture ID with you.

Thank you I have a call into the banker now to find out where we will be closing, I've always been a buyer never a seller, actually I did sell once but it was for cash and a lawyer friend handled the deal, that was so many years ago and slept since then

Call the attorney or title company and see what they need. The banker is a piece of the puzzle, the attorney is who you need to speak with.

You don't know where you're closing? Did you have your contract receipted with a title company or attorney? Or did you just fill out the paperwork.
