Are all online real estate license the same or there is one better than the other. Please suggest a good site for me to enroll online for a sale real estate license. Thanks in advance.

I assume that you mean that you're looking for a pre-licensure real estate class to take. Check your state's web site to see if they have a list of schools which are approved to give real estate training. Many of them may offer online classes.

You cannot get a license directly through an online site. I had to pass a pre-licensure class before I could take my state test. Two different processes.

Yes , there is a particular procedure for getting a license and you have to give pre test before that. It's not that easy and there are many training institutes that provide online and class based study of this and also help to clear state level exam in the same field. So do research on this as some also update their course according to time and requirement,and then start working on getting licensed .All the best
