I am a real estate agent that specializes in land sales. Once in awhile someone will ask me to list their home. Usually a doublewide home. My little bit of experience with them are customers don't want to see them, not even a picture, and the sellers usually want more than what they admit it would appriase for. It's really a no win situation and just creates hard feelings with the seller when their house does not get sold or shown. I'm ready to swear them off. They come to me when "that no good broker" didn't sell their house. I let the sellers know I've not had luck with them either and really don't want hard feelings. They understand and are good to go, then it still ends up the same, I end up in that "no good broker" boat anyway.

Any successful agents that sell manufactured homes with tips how to get customers interested in seeing them? The ones I have are practically brand new too. And honestly, they are much nicer than most of the homes in my area for sale.

I'm curious from buyers too. Do you tell an agent you won't look at one?
