Suggestions needed- Pediatric dentist in Wake Forest area? (Raleigh, Creedmoor: dentists, kids)

Hello everyone
I'm searching for a local pediatric dentist for my kids; saw a few options online that were convenient but thought I'd ask the group to weigh in just in case anyone had feedback on my options.

1) Carolina Pediatrics @ Wakefield.
2) Triangle Pediatrics over in heritage
3) Williams & Williams down falls of the neuse inside 540
4) Wake Orthdontics & Peds Dentistry over near Stonehenge/Creedmoor Rd.

I am leaning toward Carolina Peds - anyone tried any of the 4 above?

My sister takes her kids to carolina pediatric, she likes them. Her son had to have 4 teeth pulled (he is 6) and he did fine, and it was no problem.

My kids go to a pediatric dentist off of millbrook, but it is a drive from wake forest!

I have nothing bad to say about choice 1 but Buddy Hollowell is a friend of mine over at Triangle Pediatrics and he takes great care of his patients. You really can't go wrong with either but since he's a personal friend my recommendation is for choice 2.

FYI Williams and Williams are general dentists. Great guys (father and son), but not pediatric dentists
