I live nearby.
Great little neighborhood, in a good location for commuting to Apex, Cary, and RTP.
Many affordable homes scattered in with some larger homes. Look at the homes carefully, as the neighborhood homes vary in age by up to 6 years.
Great schools assignments, although Salem is year round, if that is an issue.

Homes turn well in Charleston Village, with 5 Active listings, 11 under contract, and 31 sold/closed since 01/01/2006.

I showed a "fixer upper" in there last month. Cute neighborhood. I reemmber when it was being built. Alot of "Williamsburg" style homes.

I live in the neighborhood next to Charleston Village and write an article in their newsletter. I recently sold the home on Battery Wagner. It's located off of Jenks Carpenter and Holt in the North Section of Apex on the border of Cary.

Charleston Village has Great schools assigned
Drees homes built most of the houses in Chaleston Village. There are a few custom homes in the front of the neighborhood
Great pool, swim team, and club house
Close to Beaver Creek shopping

Here's a link to the neighborhood profile. HOA site
