Do you mean "The Village" at Glen Haven? If so, I live in Glen Haven (the original) section and I would not purchase in the subd again. I purchased new in 2001 and my house is maybe worth what I paid for it and the recession is the only reason. Way to many rentals and unkept yards. The houses in the new "village" section are way over priced for the subd. The area is fair with several low income mobile home parks within walking distance.

Good question. The listing says "Subdivision: Village at Glenhaven" That's really all I know. The house is on Locket Dr.

The pictures of the house look nice and in my opinion, it is priced reasonably. I have no problem with the neighborhood but there are a lot of rentals as phc789 alluded to. That is bound to happen in any neighborhood with a large supply of sub 140k houses.

If the 180's is your price point, I'd suggest Riverwood Golf or Riverwood Athletic in Clayton. There are available homes of comparable size in this price range. Only difference is that this price point is on the lower end of the spectrum which usually translates to more owner occupied units, less renters.
