We looked around for over a year for 2 chairs and a sofa before wandering into Lazy Boy. We ended up buying both there, and they are great quality (kids and pets tested). The sofa is a sofa bed, but instead of a typical one, it has an air mattress that is really comfortable and the sofa feels just like a non-bed type sofa. Very cool. I recommend them.

We have 2 old la-z-boy recliners--18 yrs young! Hate the color (the "in" colors back then were blue and mauve--need I say more?) but they're still in perfect shape and even the fabric has held well. They've been in spare rooms for the last 10 yrs, but are getting a workout again in the apt. we're renting while we build a house--all the good furniture is in storage. Knowing now how long they last, I wish I'd bought a neutral color instead of blue.

I have gotten a sofa, a chair and a coffee table from them. No problems. You choose your own covering so you can go pick the quality out to some extent. Takes forever to get them, about 6-8 weeks from order. I would say they are pretty good quality.

Mine are about 1 year old at this point.

Thanks for all the feedback! I'm glad to hear they're so good! I did just look at a sofa that I really love and found out that sales don't apply to custom made furniture, but I'm trying to look at this as an investment and worth the money.

That's one question I forgot to ask....how long for delivery. Good to know since I need to sell my old couch first anyway.
