This is the first issue I've had with AT&T DSL in almost 3 years. If anyone is technical out there, can you try pinging 68.216.218.70 and tell me what the latency (ping time) is? I'm getting 500ms. That IP is my DSL gateway address, which makes me 99% sure this is a problem on the AT&T side.
Do you have a motorola modem by any chance? Call up ATT and get them to send out a tech. It turned out our modem was acting up, and they replaced it for us. The tech said the motorola modems are garbage and a LOT of them break.
