The Cleveland School area is an unincorporated area, not a town, so there is no post office and dedicated zip code. Some parts get their mail from the Clayton Post Office (27520) and other parts from the Garner Post Office (27529). We purposely bought in this area because as an unincorporated area there are no city property taxes, only the county portion of the tax is assessed. Our children go to Cleveland Elementary and Cleveland Middle and they are fantastic schools. We're more pleased with these schools than we were with our schools in NJ.

Tuborg, we are in the first phase of Twisted Oaks and have been here fast approaching two years now. Love it here. When do you close on your new home in Hunters?

End of November and our we pumped. Will be retired when I get there which will not be to long after settlement. That is one fantastic development and builder. We were buying for the builder and were fortunate it was in such a great area. We consider it the best of everything.

Default Hs

Traffic in HS is low right now, lower than many of the other parts of wake county.

I see many people making judgements too quick for any area. Much easier to rent first and then be rushed to judge.

I like Clayton as well, but I feel the more house for you money idea might be a little off. If you notice, many other fringe areas offer houses for about the same price but have more sf because they have basements. I am confused as to why Clayton doesn't have basements. Anyone know why this is?

There are many areas of The Triangle that do not have basments...and if you do find them around here, they tend to be daylight/walkout basements.

Half of my neighborhood has basements....the other half doesn't...they are very spotty all over.

Don't forget about Willow Spring! (27592) You CAN and WILL find 1/2 acre+ property with NICE newer homes for under 250K easily. (I am NOT an agent but my house is for sale .55 acre 3bdrm 2.5 bath with bonus room that can be 4th bdrm .. fenced in yard ... all that for 229K)

Look up 27592 zip code... lots of good deals out in Willow Spring and you are only 5 minutes from Fuquay Varina!!
