Those are big flat baskets used when taking tobacco to the warehouse, these days people use them more for decorations.

haha oh ok!! I was thinking, why would anyone want a tobacco basket for a gift?? LMAO!! I google-imaged searched it. Now I see why it would be used for decorative purposes! LOL I'm a dork. They're very appealing. Hmm... ebay maybe?

I have seen them on ebay but I was hoping for one local I could pick up. Thought there would be plenty in NC but who knows! lol

I've seen them randomly at the flea market at the fairgrounds in Raleigh.
