In NC is the sellers agent required to notify sellers of all offers? We are looking at a property (land) with out of state owners (heirs) that has been on the market for almost 3 years. There are some serious problems with the property, but if they will consider a lower offer, we can deal with them. However their realtor seems to have an "attitude" and isn't very helpful to our agent. If we make a realistic offer (comparable to the other properties for sale in area) $ per acre, is he required to inform the sellers of the offer?

From the NC Real Estate Commission publication, "Offer and Acceptance":

"The real estate broker with whom you are working
must deliver it to the seller’s agent or directly to the
seller if the seller has no agent. The seller’s agent must
present it to the seller."
