Marti Hampton has been an agent in the area for many years. I had a couple dealings with her, and found her to be pleasant, if you could get her. What happens with big agents in the area, is you deal with everyone under them. Not that thats a bad thing if you like that. I personally want to know that I'm going to get the person I'm contracted with, not Joe, Suzi and Bob if you get my drift. Just my opinion though.

I would have to second what debbie has said. Marti is very good at what she does, and she can be challenging to actually get a hold of. I have brought a number of buyers to her listings, and rarely have been dealing directly with her.

She is the one that had our home listed. Never actually saw her however. Her team was fine though, and they had no problems working with our buyer's agent from another firm.

I gave the team extra points for being patient with our agent as well....great lady, but ours was the first house she ever sold...she she was on a learning curve. (Which we knew, and had no problems with...it was more important to us, due the work schedules we had at the time, that we had an agent that could deal with late night showings at times and not get snippy.)
