Last night was one of those truly beautiful evenings.
Not to hot nor to cool just ahhhhhhhh.

One where I walked the dog through our Wake Forest
neighborhood and it was so peaceful. One that I reflected
on as our touch of heaven!

Our neighborhood is very wooded and its easy to set
aside the trials and tribulations of the day and just stroll
down the tree lined streets and only hear the occasional
squirrel rustling up an oak tree or a distant dog barking.

With each step you can feel the tensions of the day just
drain from you to the culverts on the side of the roads.

It becomes a time to reflect on all the beauty nature has placed in
front of you. The bloomed trees and eye popping colors of
the flowers. Every once in awhile on this walk an occasional
deer goes rustling through the woods. Turning back and curiously
looking at us yet startled none the less.

This area we call home, beit Wake Forest, Apex, Knightdale, Raleigh
(North or South or middle even) is truly a beautiful place to experience.
So on these picture perfect days get out and experience your touch
of heaven!

Before the heat and humidity of the summer is upon us.

Your well being will thank-you for it! So will your Health Care
Provider Company!

Enjoy your day, if your here for a look see than see a lot! If your
here for only a couple of weeks or years see something today you
had not seen before. If your a native well you know all to well why
your still a native to the area! Enjoy all!
