My husband and I are relocating to the Wake Forest area and would like a 4 bedroom home with at least a 1/2 acre of land. We have found a house in the Patterson Woods subdivision that we really like. We would like to put an ingound pool in our backyard. Does anyone know if the HOA for Patterson Woods allow this?

We live in the other side of the subdivision where the subdivision pool is located (East Woods of Patterson) and we have a pool behind our home.

I would think you could also have one built. Check with the developer to make sure.

Default Patterson Woods in Youngsville

My family is interested in some homes built by Peachtree in the Patterson Woods subdivision in Youngsville. So far, this is the only thread I can find on the area.

Can you share your experiences with this builder and the area?

If you have school age children: do they attend the Franklin County schools and what is your opinion of them?

Hubby will be working in North Raleigh; wondering about the commute?
