Looking for any type of feedback (Positive or neg) for the Youngsville area. Looking on the Western side of Capital Blvd for a home but want to know all that is going on up in that area. Heard schools are good overall? There seems to be an explosion of shopping being built up there too. Anyone who lives up there to give feedback would be great. I work in RTP so seems to be a fair commute on the Hwy 98 route. Thanks,

Where are you looking to move? I am on the west side, off of purnell road, and have friends who live close to me, but are technically in youngsville (silo glen neighborhood). You are correct that there are many plans for building close to the area (capital and purnell there will be a grocery store complex (with a harris teeter) , they have already cleared the land by lowe's food (capital and jenkins) for the kohl's, etc. I can give you a better gauge on it if you let me know where you are looking at for your move! My husband works in the park (miami blvd) and it takes him about 30 minutes from our house, he goes the "back way", 98 to brier creek area so that he does not get on 540 or capital to get to work.

Anyhow, I would be happy to help I just need a little more information.

Leigh

Default Info on area and Georgetown Woods Subdivision

Hi there.
Please let me know any negative things about the area. I have been up a few times to check it out. Georgetown Woods looks like a GREAT subdivision to live in. What about the schools and area overall? Obviously growing very quickly from Wake Forest North.
