I have house to sell in Cary and want to find the best low commission real estate agent. This is essentially a "sale by owner" with limited services from an agent or broker (perhaps web based).
The services needed are listing in Wake County MLS and then assisting in closing. I would appreciate recommendations for agents/firms that you have personally used, but you will have to send them direct to me (caryhouse4sale@yahoo.com). You may post and then find that City-Data has removed.
