Hi Guys,

We are new to the Raleigh area and are trying to find a credit union for the general public. We are not employed in the state of N.C. Does anyone know of one?

Thanks, in advance.

they are offering 4.01% on go green checking account. you have to do 12 debit card transactions. There is not minimum amount for transactions. You can use the card for 50 cents also.

does the rate change once the account is opened? i am interested as well but it seems like a high rate for them to offer continuously.

It's not an introductory rate. The rate may change, but they will notify you ahead of time and it will change for everyone with the Go Green Checking.

I think you have to join some organization first before you can join Coastal CU, but it only costs like $10 to join. They will be able to tell you more when you go to open an account.
