Anyone live there or no somebody who does? Just signed up with them. Nice complex, great apartments with unique touches.. Just wondering if there's something I should know. Any insight would be greatly appreciated!

Great management company. That's about all I know. You should be pretty happy there.

I didn't live there because they weren't built yet, but I did live next door at Camden Crest. The apartments there were nice, but very cheaply made. Not sure about Woodfield Glen, but they're probably about the same.

My issue was that I was expecting a more mature clientele with the higher price point - that is the whole reason I decided to go for a "luxury" apartment complex in the first place. I figured that being that far away from the colleges, plus the higher rents, I wouldn't be living in a college complex (I am in my late 20s). I was wrong! I ended up in an apartment that bordered the pool on the third floor, and there would be people out in the pool area at all hours of the night, on weekdays - and I could hear them in my apartment as if they were inside the apartment. Horrible insulation! The management would just tell me to call the police every time that happened.

Anyway, the moral of the story is, I hope you can speak to someone who has lived there. I knew someone who lived at Thornhill across the street and she liked it there. Just because you are farther away, and the rent is higher, doesn't mean you're automatically going to weed out certain types of behavior. Make sure you do NOT get an apartment that borders a common area such as the pool or a patio, unless you like hearing people come home drunk at 3am on a Tuesday night and decide they want to continue their partying outside your apartment.

It is a horible place to live. Very dirty. They make cleaning once in a month. It is very loud, dogs bark, very very noise. Stay away from this place.
