Sorry, i'm not sure if this is the right place to ask this. I am a student who's currently enrolling in durham community college. I wanted to take chinese there as my foreign language credit, but they don't offer chinese. Does anyone know where to take chinese classes around chapel hill? preferablly a 2 year instutition because there easily to get into. I tried unc/ncstate/charlotte, the problem with them is that i have to be apply as a student there ( which i can't go into) anywhere within an hour of driving from chapel hill. Sorry if i posted at the wrong section, but i really need help with this.

I know that Glenwood Elementary has a Mandarin immersion program. You might want to contact one of those teachers and see if they know of any resources at the college level. Good luck!

You should be able to get into a class at NCSU for the summer or next fall. They have a different process for students who are actually amditted to the university as a degree student and someone who just wants to take a class (which should transfer, but double check with Durham Tech first).
You can enroll through their lifelong education program at the McKimmon Center on Wetsern Boulevard and Gorman Street. Basically, anyone with a HS diploma or GED can take a class there. You just have to fill out an application and get your transcripts sent over. It's not hard at all. There are some limitations to how many clases you can take if you are enrolled through the LLE program, but you can definitely take a class.
I just enrolled there to take an editing class. NDS Application Information

thanks, but i hope they will accept me even though i'm currently attending a insitution. I think there is a rule where you have to be like 1 year out of any educational environment. Thats what happened when i tried to apply as part time student in UNC.
However, thanks everyone that helped. Hope you guys enjoyed the snow
