I second Chocolate Smiles in downtown Cary. They have been there for years and are amazing!

The Chocolate Bean in Fuquay-Varina is excellent. They also have a shop in Cary.

Don't forget Azurlise Chocolate Truffles, Azurelise, Azurelise Chocolate Truffles, Raleigh, North Carolina, Raleigh Chocolate who was just on Food Network, or Peche De Chocolate, also in Glenwood South (formerly in City Market). Both very good.
