Here's a link to the Alexan Apts. at North Hills. They are right in the development and you can literally walk out your door for shopping, entertainment and dining. Alexan North Hills
I have no idea what the apartments are like. Perhaps someone else could give some guidance?

Thank You!! I did see them on-line..Pricey..800sq ft. for 1030.00/mos!!
But I guess living in that walk to everything has it's price... I really can't go over that price point..It does look beautiful.. Thank Goodness I didn't buy much furniture here in Wilmington!!~~ They have a Sister property up the block called
Alta Verdi.. Nobody answers the phone there...

If anybody knows of another Apt next to North Hills You know I would appreciate it..~~I am excited now!!! 800 sq ft?? Well~~ Less cleaning!!
