And with a refundable portion it is more of a deposit than a fee. $445 to entertain guests, swim, play tennis, hob-nob @ social events, AND play golf? Looks more appealing already.
Hey...to each their own. If you can afford it go for it.

I can take a friend to Emerald Pointe for the afternoon, play a round at Knights Play, go have dinner and drinks at Angus Barn, and go hob nobbing downtown for $445.

I guess I'm just not Bushwood material.......

If you choose a refundable membership, the rate is now at $40,000.

Monthly dues have not gone down, in fact, they have gone up to $445/month for a full golf member.

Keep in mind that you will not be assessed for any improvements to the club. So far, 36 holes have gotten new greens and other improvements and the final 18 is being renovated currently.

The bottom line is, from an overall amenities standpoint, Prestonwood is the finest CC in the area.
Thanks for the breakdown. Its refreshing to see someone outright with information they have learned instead of people being coy & uptight withholding information "just call the club" BS. Repped

What are the fees to play golf (member rate + guest rate) and any additional fees for amenities (gym usage, towels at the pool, etc)?

Isn't there a social membership available at Prestonwood that does not include golf?

There is no fee to play if you are a full golf member. You will pay for the cart if you like to ride. I think guest fees are around $70 per round.

The only other fees will be locker fees, trail fees if you own your own cart
, kids club, summer camp for kids and lessons of any kind.

I forget how much the initiation fee is, but the monthly is around 150 dollars. Not bad, actually.

Does anyone know the policy on bringing nonmembers for social functions, the pool/gym, or the restaurants?

What are the cart fees for members?

Someone mentioned non-member golf guests pay $70/round, is that accurate, does that include cart?

Thanks everyone.

Guests:
No limit to restaurants or social functions; I *think* guests for pool, golf and tennis are 6 times a year

Cart fee: $22/round; about 40-50% own their own carts; rest either walk (push carts are popular) or use club-owned carts.

Non-Member fee: $60 mid-week; $70 weekends
