An internet message board filled w exaggerated "experiences", made up myths, and regurgitated "facts"? No way not possible

Not directed at your q, you're right on, these stories, like many here/on the internet, are ridiculous. A product of the corners of people's personalities and associated needs (venting, getting attention, confrontation ina safe environment, etc) manifesting into ridiculous statements that *could* be true. I.E. I'm sure in some of these cases there may be a rude dog owner or two, but sitting on tables, running around table to table...give me a break. We all eat out too, people, we know what happens as well, lets be real.
