What are some of the local companies that offer flat fee listing services? Any complaints? They seem to offer a menu of services which is useful. Is it true you need to share copies of all your docs including sales contracts with them?

I don't think that listing them on here would be allowed under the TOS, but Direct Message would be okay.

But I will say this: In our neighborhood, those homes listed with discount realtors (including realtors that rebate) have taken even longer to sell than other homes. Each one that I am aware of has ended up switching to a regular realtor.

Flat fee brokerages are still brokerages. No mentions on the forums. DM only.

Would it be possible to answer my other question about the documents? That would pertain to all if true.

Your question is a bit vague.
Are you considering a flat fee, full-service firm, or a flat fee listing-only firm?

Regardless of that answer, are you considering an Entry Only agent who will be putting the property on the MLS and letting you handle all showings and negotiations?

MLS rules require that the agent enter in sales price and some terms after closing, for use as comparables for future valuations. And, that requirement is the same whether the agent is acting in a full-service role or in an Entry Only role.
