Would everyone like a single thread to keep up with the major developments in the Raleigh area? More along the lines of bigger multi-million dollar deals. Not about a new McDonalds or something like that.

that is one site but I prefer : The Raleigh Connoisseur - A Downtown Raleigh Blog ( well at least when it comes to following developments DT)

Also the NC development thread is basically 85% developments from Raleigh and Charlotte

You'd get more responses if you called this "Raleigh/Durham/Triangle" developments. Durham folks have developments too, but they'd never post them in a Raleigh-named thread.
