Raleighites, where would you move if you had to move north? (Durham: live, beach)

I would pick Richmond or Virginia Beach, maybe Frederick Maryland. Reasons would be I love the history of Richmond and its location, I like Virginia Beach because of the beach without the super hot typical beach weather one would find in SC or FL. Frederick because I like the surrounding topography/geography. Why ya askin'? I'm a Durhamite/Carrbro rather than Raleighite though.

The Midwest. Wisconsin, Minnesota, Michigan, Illinois, Iowa, in no particular order. I'm from the Midwest and like it, even with the winters.

Although, I do really like Richmond.

Probably Richmond. I spent some time there in the 1970's, and I just liked the feel of the area. I still have friends there.
