Has anyone here had any experience/luck in getting Time Warner to run new lines to a new development/subdivision? I happen to live on Jones Ferry Rd. right between Chapel Hill and Pittsboro in an area that doesn't currently have Time Warner Cable, and therefore I'm stuck with incredibly slow DSL (the best Bellsouth can offer there is 1.5Mb/s). I primarily want just the high speed internet (as high as possible) and don't mind paying a reasonable installation fee to get it. Another option would be to have Bellsouth provide a better service, so any experience there is welcomed as well. Thanks in advance!
