Hey. I wanted to know if there was overnight parking near or around the Amtrak station in Durham. I drove by there once but I did not see anything close by but I have a feeling I missed it. Does anyone know?

According to the Amtrak site, that station has 37 short term and 37 long term (overnight) parking spaces.

I may just have to go into the Amtrak station and figure it out. I am looking for like 3-4 day parking. Thank you.

Ask at the ticket counter because I believe you have to obtain a pass for long-term parking. Without the pass your car could be towed overnight. Long-term parking at the Raleigh station works the same way. The last time I was at the Cary station, though, they had more than enough parking and didn't require passes for long stays -- but it wouldn't hurt to inquire inside there too.

Any there any problems with parking for 2 nights at the Durham, NC Station? Is your car safe there?

Depending on where you live, it would just be easier to Uber/Lyft over to the train station
