Does anyone know if that bike shop at the State Fairgrounds repairs bikes or buys used bikes or will accept trade-ins? I don't want to drag three bikes over there to find I'm barking up the wrong tree, and I can't find a phone number or any info about them at all.

I'm sure somebody with first hand experience at that particular shop will come along and be able to answer your questions. I just wanted to point out you will want to wait until after the State Fair ends and the businesses located at the fairgrounds open back up before lugging any bikes over there. I think the fair starts tomorrow and runs through October 27th.

He has about 7,000 bikes on Craigslist, email him through those.

If you have just regular bikes from Toys r us, Target, etc., I heard he is the one to go to. If you have "high end" bikes, then most of the other local bike shops will help. That is just what I heard - I have no personal experience knowing this.
