HELP!!

I have a dental emergency and I am not registered with a dentist and all the dentists I've tried to contact are closed till Monday. Anyone know where to go if you have a dental emergency and can't really wait for three days?

How about the dental school in CH? My sister in law goes there and has been happy. I am sure they will see you on a Friday. Good luck.

You could try Chapel Hill School of Denistry I dont know if you will have much luck being a Friday but it is worth a shot.
UNC Dental Faculty Practice - New Patients

I dont know your situation but you may be dealing with an infection as a result of denistry work that needs to be done.
You could go to an Urgent Care to get some antibotics and pain relievers until your schedule appointment with a Dentist is made.

A friend of ours went to the emergency room at UNC Hospitals, I think with a broken tooth, and received care.

you don't mention what the emergency is - but if it's one painful tooth, make sure it's not a sinus infection - happened to me twice! good luck

I have a gaping hole in my mouth as either a tooth or a crown has broken and a big piece is missing. I am rather squeamish and haven't been able to do too much investigating but I do know that I can't let it stay like this for 3 days or more.

Go to the Emergency Room.
Most hospitals have a dentist on hand, if not, they will refer you to a dentist who is "on call" for emergency situations. They will meet you at their office.

This happened to a friend of mine a couple of years ago. The dentist met us at his office at like, 1 am.
He was soooooooooo nice!!!

Good luck!

I'd call around. I had an emergency on a Saturday and went in and saw a dentist that took patients on Saturdays.
