Anyone live in any of these townhouses? I'm thinking about renting one....any issues with this development or the area its in? Any feedback?

There are two phases...I know some were done in 2006..there is one for rent right now....

You are right. It looks like there is about ten or so of them built.
You can see it on google maps.

I saw the name on the Apex development map...must have meant phase 2.
I haven't heard much about this place. It is on the Apex-Cary border.
If you can you should drive-by the area, it is really changing out there daily on ten-ten.

I'm going to be moving down from DC. Changing in a good way I hope....I plan on renting for 9-12 months then buying....

Hi,
I was actually building a brand new townhome in this coplex with Portrait. I just canceled my contract yesterday after they blew thru 5 bogus closing dates and have had nothing but quality issue with the house and nobody in their company wants to take accountability for anything. I elevated my issues as high as their state president for NC not asking for much, just to get the things corrected on my house i asked for and actually finish the house and they would not help me or do anything. So i pulled the plug and now have purchased a nice new home with a similar floor plan all top options and got a great incentive that put me at the same price I was gonna pay for the Portrait dump.
Beware whether you rent or buy in that complex or any other Portrait development for that matter.
