Looking to go out tomorrow night and the options here in the immediate Holly Springs area are getting stale. I'm looking to go out with the wife for a nice night out.

What I'm looking for is either one of two things - a laid back kind of bar, perhaps romantic, couches, etc. Something similar to Noir or Mosaic in Raleigh. The decor and ambiance of those bars is what I'm looking for, however on their websites it seems to mention they have a DJ so that leads me to believe it's more of a "dance club" environment.

The other option is a bar with perhaps a nice patio and/or live music. We'll see how the weather is and the clubs recommended but those are the thoughts I have in mind.

I'm in Holly Springs so any recommendations between us and, say, North Hills would be most appreciated.

Thanks in advance.

My current go-to spot is the West Park Tavern (WPT) on Highway 55 in Cary.

For the former I'm a fan of Fox Liquor Bar. Sort of a speakeasy vibe there, especially in that it's below street level. For the latter, I like Busy Bee. They have a nice rooftop patio.

I like the atmosphere at WestPark Tavern, and the food is really good. Their menu is pretty big and they have specials all of the time to keep it interesting. I like Spirits as well, but it doesn't have as cozy an atmosphere and the menu never seems to change. I think you would like both places.
